Trakesha Jones is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Norfolk State University and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based support for those facing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and more.
A passionate advocate for mental health and wellness, Trakesha approaches every client with empathy, respect, and a commitment to personalized care. She believes that by breaking down barriers to mental health services and offering comprehensive, tailored support, individuals and families can create lasting, positive change in their lives.

The initial consultation is a 45-minute session to discuss your mental health goals, history, and the best treatment plan.

Standard sessions last for 50 minutes.

It's helpful to jot down any concerns or goals you have so that we can make the most of our time together during your initial consultation.
